We participate in skills development programmes conducted in partnership with CSG, aimed at empowering South Africa’s youth with practical skills. These initiatives create pathways to employment, support economic inclusion and contribute to sustainable community development within the sector.
The training extends beyond basic computer literacy and includes modules on how to tender, project management, workplace leadership, customer service, communication in the workplace, time management, emotional intelligence and conflict management, ensuring participants are equipped with both technical and essential workplace competencies.
