Corporate Social Investment

At KGCF, we believe in giving back and creating meaningful impact in the communities that we serve. Our Corporate Social Investment (CSI) focuses on supporting young talent and uplifting communities. In 2025, we established the National Consciousness Foundation as KGCF’s dedicated vehicle for driving positive and meaningful community impact through focused initiatives.

Mandela Day 2025 charity donations:

In 2025, we visited Kids Haven in support of community empowerment initiatives as part of the commemoration of Nelson Mandela International Day. This visit forms part of KGCF’s ongoing commitment to honour Madiba’s legacy through meaningful action, a commitment we uphold each year by giving back to the communities we serve.

World Homeless Day

In commemoration of World Homeless Day, we partnered with Ntsika Ye Sizwesethu and Phuthaditjhaba, two Alexandra-based NGOs, to host an outreach initiative on 23 October at Maningi Metals, Marlboro.

The initiative focused on supporting individuals who earn a living through recycling. On the day, we served warm meals, distributed sanitary packs.

Legends Barbershop offered free haircuts on the day.

Care Manger

In 2025, we visited Manger Care Center, a place that offers women and children dignity, stability, and a true sense of belonging. The centre operates as a living ecosystem, where sustainable farming nourishes both the land and its people. Each resident cares for their own cottage and garden, fostering pride and independence within a supportive, nurturing community. During our visit, we delivered groceries to support the centre’s ongoing efforts.

This experience was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when compassion and innovation come together. It reflects the shared philosophy of KGCF and the National Consciousness Foundation (NCF): meaningful change begins with a shift in mindset. Manger Care Center stands as living proof that with vision and heart, communities can be built where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
